A strong expansion of electrolysis capacity is expected in Germany and also in Europe and the rest of the world in the coming years. Now is the opportunity for companies to fight for their position well in time for the upcoming market ramp-up.

In the “Electrolysis made in Baden-Württemberg” project, companies had the opportunity to follow current developments in the context of electrolysis and thus obtain detailed information about the technology, the electrolysis-specific requirements for components and assemblies and the corresponding market potential. Over 70 companies, mainly from Baden-Württemberg, took part in the industrial dialog accompanying the project. “Electrolysis made in Baden-Württemberg” will continue to be a platform that provides information on current trends and developments in the field and helps companies to make contact with each other, carry out joint development work and present their own product portfolio to the public.

The industry-wide discussion “Electrolysis Made in Baden-Württemberg” will be continued in the context of the H2 GeNeSiS model region. The electrolysis demonstration system “Made in Baden-Württemberg” will also continue to be operated in the model region with the aim of feeding the hydrogen produced into the new hydrogen pipeline along the river Neckar.
